  • What coffee beans do you use?
    We use 100% specialty arabica single-origin beans.

  • What makes our Black Cold Drip different?
    Our black cold drip is brewed using a percolation brewing method where cold water is dripped very slowly into a coffee bed and the coffee is collected in a separate vessel. This filter brew results in a heavier body and richer flavor than cold brew which lets you enjoy different flavor profiles. This delightful drink is smooth and refreshing with natural sweetness and floral notes.

  • What is the volume of the bottled beverage?
    Only our cold brews are available for takeaway. Each bottle contains 250ml of beverage.

  • What is the shelf life of the brews?
    They must be kept well-refrigerated and will last until the expiry date indicated on the bottle.

  • Do you offer a subscription service?
    We currently offer subscription service only for businesses and retail. Email us and we can arrange deliveries to be made according to your preference for any duration you want.

Order

  • What is the minimum spend per order?
    There is no minimum spend per order. However, delivery charges apply. Alternatively, you can opt for self collection at our cafe.

  • Do you offer bulk purchase?
    Yes we do, please reach out to us via email or message us on Whatsapp (80606100) and let us know your needs.

  • Can I customize my order?
    Of course you can! Let us hear from you, drop us an email with your ideas or feedback.

  • Can I make changes to my order?
    Please reach out to us via email or message us at Whatsapp (80606100) and we’ll assist you as soon as we can.

  • What is your return policy?
    Due to food hygiene reasons, we do not accept any returns.

International Order

  • Do you do international delivery?
    We do ship our merch items overseas. Do send us an enquiry at dripndrool.sg@gmail.com for orders and shipping rates.

Delivery

  • Do you do deliveries for cold brews?
    We currently only do deliveries for bulk orders. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order on the day of delivery as the beverages contains dairy, it must be promptly refrigerated.

    Cold brew orders can be collected directly from our cafe at 245 Lavender Street during our operating hours.

  • When do you deliver?
    Delivery arrangements will be made directly with you after order placement.

  • What is the minimum spend for delivery?
    There is no minimum spend per order. However, delivery charges apply. Alternatively, you can opt for self collection at our cafe.

  • How much is the delivery cost?
    For orders below $100, there will be a delivery fee of $15.
    For orders above $100, delivery is free islandwide.

  • Can I request for a specific delivery date?
    Please reach out to us via email or message us at Whatsapp (80606100) and we’ll see what we can do.

  • Can I do self pick-up?
    Yes, you can! After placing your order, please select local pick-up at checkout. Our pick-up location is at 245 Lavender Street.

  • What should I do if I missed my delivery?
    Orders which are not successfully delivered will be returned to our shop. To arrange for another delivery on the same/next day, a delivery fee of up to $15 will be charged. Please get in touch with us at 80606100.

  • Do you offer local postage?
    Yes! For merchandise orders, you may opt for our flat rate postage option at $3.50.
